Jasmine Bellamy on Being a Loving Leader: 'Love is Your Most Transformative Business Strategy'

Jasmine Bellamy, founder and spiritual director of Love 101 Ministries (and advisory board member of Women in Retail Leadership Circle, the sister brand of Women Leading Travel & Hospitality), spoke about being a loving leader at the 2024 Women in Retail Leadership Summit.

In this clip from her keynote, Bellamy describes a situation she encountered time and time again over the course of her three decades in the retail industry: an emerging leader in an organization was tasked with a strategic initiative only to be critiqued and challenged harshly by senior executives, and left feeling crushed. "These experiences cause people harm," Bellamy said. "The truth is, it doesn't have to be that way."
