Women Leading Travel Hosts First-Ever Asia Global Leadership Exchange in Bangkok

On April 28, Women Leading Travel proudly launches its first-ever Asia Global Leadership Exchange in Bangkok, marking an exciting new chapter in the growth of our global community. This invitation-only gathering brings together senior women leaders from across all sectors of our industry for an afternoon of meaningful dialogue, peer connection and leadership insight at the Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel.

The program will open with welcome remarks from Skift President Carolyn Kremins and Women Leading Travel Vice President Hannah DeMaio, followed by a fireside chat, What It Means to Lead in Asia Now, featuring Shalini Rao, Chief Marketing Officer of Bangalore International Airport Ltd in conversation with Carolyn Kremins. The discussion will explore leadership journeys, resilience and driving impact across one of the world’s most dynamic travel regions.

The afternoon continues with a panel, Rewriting the Rules of Travel Leadership, moderated by Skift Asia Editor Peden Doma Bhutia, featuring Narawadee Bualert, founder and president of lebua Hotels & Resorts, Nadia Zahir Omer, CEO of AirAsia MOVE, and Aayusha Prasain, CEO of Community Homestay Network. Attendees will also hear a Member Moment from Laura Houldsworth, Managing Director and Vice President -- Asia Pacific of Booking.com.

Later sessions include peer roundtable discussions focused on technology, global expansion, sustainability, luxury travel and policy, followed by Spotlight Talks: Emerging Voices in APAC Travel.
