Skift Take

Join tomorrow's Member Workshop to explore how leadership performance is deeply connected to personal well-being, and gain practical insights into the science of midlife health that can help women leaders sustain their energy, resilience and impact.

Tomorrow, June 24, Women Leading Travel members are invited to join an important conversation that is often overlooked in leadership development: the connection between midlife health and executive performance.

At 2:00 p.m. ET, licensed nutritionist and health coach Annie Gaudreault will lead Midlife, Power & Performance: What Women Leaders Need to Know About Energy, Hormones & Resilience, an interactive Member Workshop designed specifically for senior women leaders.

Midlife is frequently treated as a personal challenge to endure. In reality, the hormonal shifts associated with perimenopause and menopause can directly affect energy levels, focus, stress tolerance, confidence and decision-making, all essential leadership capabilities.

In an industry where demanding schedules, travel and constant change are the norm, understanding these shifts is not just a wellness issue; it's a leadership advantage.

During this session, Annie will connect the latest science on women's health with the real-world demands of leadership, providing attendees with practical strategies to protect their energy, strengthen resilience and maintain executive presence during this pivotal stage of life.

Women Leading Travel's Member Workshops are designed to be interactive, practical and highly relevant to the evolving priorities of senior leaders. Participants can expect actionable insights, peer discussion and takeaways they can immediately apply in both their professional and personal lives.
