Whether you've experienced organizational change, an unexpected pivot, a leadership transition, or are simply thinking about what's next, resilience has become one of the most valuable leadership skills we can build.
Join fellow Women Leading Travel members for an interactive conversation hosted by Rachel Rivera as we explore how executive women navigate uncertainty, strengthen their careers and lead others through change.
Together, we'll discuss:
- One action you can take now to strengthen your own career resilience
- Rebuilding confidence after setbacks and career pivots
- The relationships, reputation, and visibility that create long-term career resilience
- Practical networking strategies for busy executives
- Leading teams with trust, empathy, and transparency during periods of uncertainty
Women Leading Travel’s Member Connect calls (formerly known as peer group calls) are designed to give members the chance to connect with each other via private video calls. We believe honest discussions are productive ones, and that it’s important to share both your victories and tribulations with fellow members who understand. We don’t record meetings or share notes so all have the opportunity to be comfortably transparent. We discuss business strategy; executive professional development resources; keeping teams motivated; staff retention and creating a great culture; remote and hybrid workplaces; work/life harmony; and much more.
These Member Connect calls meet the third Thursday of every other month at 2:00 p.m. ET and are opening to members only.
If you are eligible to attend, please email es@skift.com for the Zoom link.
