In a global industry, leadership risk often comes down to human judgment. The strongest leaders know how to read the room, respond in context and make sound decisions under pressure.
As travel businesses grow more global, many of the toughest leadership challenges are no longer operational — they’re human.
Leading across cultures, managing high-stakes decisions, navigating misalignment and building trust across teams all require a level of judgment that can’t be solved by process alone. In today’s fast-moving environment, how leaders interpret situations and respond in the moment can directly impact credibility, relationships and results.
That’s the focus of Women Leading Travel’s upcoming Corporate Member Workshop: The Culture SPIN Method™ — A Leadership Framework for Cultural Judgment, Human Risk & Travel Readiness, taking place virtually on May 20, 2026, from 2:00–3:00 PM EST.
Led by Dr. Kristina Wachter, this interactive session introduces a practical, decision-oriented framework designed to help leaders strengthen cultural judgment, reduce risk and lead more effectively across borders.
Participants will learn how to:
- Better assess complex cross-cultural situations
- Navigate human risk in global environments
- Build trust and credibility across teams
- Make stronger decisions under pressure
- Lead with greater awareness in high-visibility moments
Women Leading Travel Corporate Member Workshops are designed to bring meaningful, actionable value to corporate member organizations through expert-led programming aligned to today’s most pressing industry priorities.
These sessions are open to all employees across participating organizations, including team members at all levels, people managers, high-potential talent and allies across departments. Many companies also choose to join as a team watch-party or lunch-and-learn.
